CREDIT REPAIR CONTRACT, ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
You have contracted WS Credit ("WSC") to provide credit repair management services and credit score consulting.
WSC provides service on an incremental basis charging only after the initial review/setup and at the end of each month of service. You may cancel anytime with no further obligation or charge.
In consideration of WSC's services you agree to the following:
To provide WSC with your credit reports to start the process.
To cooperate with WSC in the review of your credit history and the identification of inaccurate or questionable items.
To provide WSC with copies of correspondence you receive from the credit bureaus and/or updated reports from time-to-time to update your progress.
To pay WSC a consultation fee chosen by you at signup. See below.
To grant WSC permission to withdraw the specified fees from your credit card or bank account.
To notify WSC of any change of your name, address, or contact information.
It is understood that the WSC dispute process requires your input as described in items 1, 2, and 3 above, and that failure to comply will result WSC’s inability to continue the dispute process.
While the same amount of work performed can vary between Service, your fee will remain the same and be collected for services previously completed and completely rendered until scheduled termination.
For individuals,we offer $169 per month as a pay as you go service or a one time payment which may be offered a installment plan, the fee is $1500 for the credit consult and a $1 fee for credit repair at the end of the service
Your initial review and setup includes an analysis of your credit reports, identification of inaccurate and questionable items, credit score recommendations appropriate to your needs, and preparation for the dispute process. For the duration of the contract WSC will systematically prepare and mail, fax, and provide dispute letters to the credit bureaus as deemed necessary. All letters are sent on your behalf and in your name. WSC will provide ongoing notification of actions taken during each billing period within the client dashboard.
INFORMATION STATEMENT
Your initial review and setup includes an analysis of your credit reports, credit score
recommendations appropriate to your needs, and preparation for the dispute process. For the
duration of the contract WGS will systematically prepare and distribute dispute letters to the
credit bureaus. All letters are sent on your behalf and in your name. WGS will provide ongoing
notification of actions taken during each service.
A copy of this contract will be electronically sent to you, and can be found in the client
dashboard for your records.
Clients who engage in the Credit Repair Service may also receive reduced essential services in
the following total amounts:

This contract continues from month to month. You are encouraged to review your client
dashboard at least one time a month. WGS Support Team is available to you in the dashboard
for any questions you may encounter.
These monthly options are offered as a month-to-month agreement after a consultation
package. WGS provides service on an incremental basis charging only after the initial review/
setup, and at the end of each month of service. You may cancel anytime with no further
obligation or charge.
You grant WGS permission to withdraw fees and charges authorized by this Contract from your
credit or debit card, or bank account.
Clients who engage in the Credit Repair Service may also receive a special rate for Consulting
in the following total amounts:

This consulting contract continues for an entire 12 months. You are encouraged to review your
client dashboard at least one time a month. WGS Support Team is available to you in the
dashboard for any questions you may encounter.
You grant WGS permission to withdraw fees and charges authorized by this Contract from your
credit or debit card, or bank account
Service Guarantee
We do have a service guarantee. Fact is we are focused on not only removing the derogatory items, but also the team works with you to rebuild your credit file and we connect you with a broker at the end! There is a reason we are known as industry leaders. If you are not satisfied for any reason in the first 5 days, just tell us why and we will refund your money in full. This guarantee is effective for 5 days from date of enrollment and is not meant to imply a guarantee of a specific outcome. Refund policy expires 5 days from date of enrollment. Refund shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us during the first 5 days of your membership.

California Resident Term Limit
For California residents the maximum duration of this agreement is six months. Should you desire to continue service beyond six months we will furnish a new agreement under the same terms.
California Document Statement

WS Credit allows you to cancel this agreement at any time by calling WS Credit, or by signing and mailing WS Credit one of the Notices of Cancellation with no further obligation, and without restriction, regardless of the language included in the following required notices. All services rendered prior to cancellation shall remain liable of charge.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You may cancel this Agreement without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight on the fifth day following the date on which you signed this agreement. See the attached Notice of Cancellation form for an explanation of this right.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
By checking the box on our application form you certify that the signer is at least 18 years of age, and you agree to the following: I acknowledge that I have read the Contract, and Legal Disclosures, and give my Electronic Signature and Limited Power of Attorney for WS Credit to perform work on my behalf.
LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
This is a Limited Power of Attorney providing WSC with permission to represent you as your disclosed or undisclosed agent when writing, signing, and sending letters to the credit bureaus and other parties as deemed appropriate and in accordance with the purposes described in this Agreement.
You may cancel your Electronic Signature and your Limited Power of Attorney at any time by sending WSC an e-mail stating that you retract your Electronic Signature. Without this Electronic Signature and Limited Power of Attorney, WSC is unable to represent you, and canceling it will terminate this Agreement.
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation within 5 days from the date the contract is signed.
If you cancel during those first 5 days, any payment made by you under this contract must be returned within 10 days following receipt by WS Credit of your cancellation notice.
You may cancel or suspend this Contract in various ways including: (a) calling WSC, (b) signing and mailing WSC with either a Notice of Cancellation as included in this document, or (c) mailing a written request for cancellation to WSC.
To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice, to WS Credit,5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #5614 Casper, Wyoming 82609 , not later than midnight of the 5th day which begins after the date the contract is signed by you.

YOU HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO PAY ANY FEES OR CHARGES UNTIL ALL SERVICES HAVE BEEN PERFORMED COMPLETELY FOR YOU, UNLESS YOU ENTER INTO A SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT REQUIRING PERIODIC PAYMENTS IN CONSIDERATION FOR ONGOING SERVICES.
Wyoming Surety Bond Information
As a consumer, you have the right to proceed against our Credit Services Organization Surety Bond for any violation of the provisions of Section 33-14-101 et seq. of the Wyoming Statutes.
CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS UNDER STATE AND FEDERAL LAW
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit
report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. You have the right to sue a credit services organization if it misleads you. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within five days from the date you signed it.
Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.
You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.
If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.
